My name is Happy the Haffie.  I was rescued from slaughter at the Pennsylvania Slaughter Pipeline.  I was a victim of drug abuse.  Diane helped bring me through violent and aggressive withdrawals.  It was a frightening and dangerous time in my life.  It took a lot of work and patience from the staff to help me recover from my prior owners’ drug abuse to my body.Today I am drug free, calm and living safely at the Sanctuary.  Thank you for reading my story.
