No one likes COVID-19, especially not the horses! But sometimes we have to look for a bright side to things- a silver lining. We had to find a creative solution to keep up with the hay demands of our herd, which has been really difficult without our fundraising events. It got us out in the fields, hard at work clearing the brush from the fence lines and after countless thorny splinters, we have several lovely pastures which we can use- well, almost! Unfortunately, we don't have enough fencing to open the pastures to allow the horses to graze.
